Returns and Exchanges

We will not be liable for any misuse or illegal use by you or any of your customers, including resale or export to embargoed countries of any products, spare parts or technical documentation. Notwithstanding the foregoing, you/the customer agree that products purchased from the Site will not be used for activities related to the design, development, production or use of nuclear weapons or weapons of mass destruction. You/the Customer agree not to sell, rent or otherwise transfer the Product to end users who engage in such activities, and will be responsible for any such activity. We are not responsible for the loss of any personal data stored on the product, during any inspection or repair process.
Cooling systems (freezers, refrigerators, air conditioners, top-mounted freezers, water coolers) are covered by a 5-year warranty for compressors only. There is no warranty extension for compressors beyond the 5-year warranty period granted by the supplier. This does not include water coolers, as they have a two-year warranty unless any warranty is issued and added by the supplier.
As for the wages of labor, transportation, and consumables, whenever they exist, they must also be paid after the expiration of the two-year warranty coverage.

Physical damage to any part of the TV-screens for any reason including but not limited to water or moisture damage, improper use of the product, dropping the product, collision with other objects, transportation damage, damage to the outer casing and abuse. Misuse, neglect, vandalism, accident, breakdown, leakage of any kind, fire, flood, corrosion, rust, sand, dirt, lightning, freeze, storm, theft, or accidental or intentional damage.
Mechanical failure of any part of the TV caused by physical damage to the TV, neglect, abuse, battery spillage or leakage, intentional or accidental damage, electrical service, and environmental conditions.
The warranty does not cover the lifespan of lamps, lamps with power control buttons; Explosion of lamps, weak cathode ray tube. In addition, the warranty conditions do not cover incorrect installation of the lamp or rear projection.
TV screens whose serial/model numbers have been removed or changed.
All display products that are used in business operations, products used for commercial purposes, and products offered for public use or rental.
Screens that are cracked, discolored, scratched, and/or have reflective coatings on the screens and lenses due to misuse or due to being wiped with chemicals/or other substances.
The warranty terms do not cover screens that are installed in an open outdoor area, at a swimming pool or in a cafe due to harsh environmental effects such as high temperatures, dust, humidity, or exposure to smoke.
Replacement policy
All products sold through alassly.com will be replaced with new products if the service center cannot repair them and if the product is within the warranty period,
In the event of damage or misuse of the product or through an error resulting from the customer, the product will not be replaced, but it can be repaired at your risk and for a small fee.
If the same model is not available in the showroom, you can choose another model by paying the difference.
The same warranty will continue for the new product.
Temporary replacement product policy
The center will provide the service of giving the customer a temporary replacement unit if the product is referred back to the workshop and the repair will take more than a week.
General conditions and disclaimer of liability
Warranty conditions do not include the following:
Calls to the service department regarding repair or replacement (of all types), remote controls, disposable dust bags, batteries, coils (of all types), accessories such as heads (of all types, brushes, etc…), shelves, handles , drawers, cleaning products, pieces of plastic, antennas, wheels, switches, broken parts, handles, burnt out bulbs, boxes used to carry items, transformers.

The responsibility of the alassly.com service center under this warranty is limited to repairing or replacing spare parts, at its discretion, and according to what it deems appropriate. Delivery address
Products ordered through the website www.alassly.com can only be delivered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia within the main cities only. If the customer is outside the main city, he must receive the product from the shipping companies’ warehouses to the main city to which he belongs. We currently do not deliver anywhere else. Terms and conditions for delivery and installation

You must ask for your goods to be delivered within one month of purchasing them, otherwise alassly.com will have the right to sell the product, and you can get a refund after deducting 20% of the invoice value.
